~60%Water damage is the #1 home insurance claim in B.C.

Know your home's interior water systems are protected.

Water damage is out of your hands. Preventing it doesn't have to be. It's not just the weather; a single leaking hose inside your house can be just as destructive. Be proactive, not reactive—protect your home before it's too late.

We don't fix. We don't sell repairs. We inspect the interior plumbing, fixtures, water heaters, and supply lines most likely to fail — so you know exactly where your home stands. You get an independent, photo-based report ready for any plumber, restoration professional, or insurer.

Preventive check

Up to 50 points

An up to 50-point independent audit, digital report, and a clear priority list for your home.

Common planned fix

Small & planned

A braided hose, valve, or connector replaced on your schedule, with a plumber you choose.

What you control

Your timing

Avoid reactive repairs, displacement, and the stress of a surprise leak.

Typical repair costs are estimates for parts only; labour is quoted separately by the plumber you choose.

What we inspect

Small leaks are the ones that do the most damage. Unlike obvious floods, they hide behind walls until they've caused major saturation or mold. An audit finds the small things before they become big, costly disasters.

We perform targeted thermal imaging and moisture mapping in high-risk areas, such as behind toilets and appliances, to detect hidden leaks.

Hidden Leak Detection

Thermal imaging + moisture mapping

Our Independent Audit Professionals use thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters to spot temperature and moisture differences behind fixtures, under sinks, and around appliances — the places where silent leaks start.

About us

25 years in homes. One hard lesson.

I started in home services in 2003 — carpet cleaning, exterior cleaning, and restoration. The last four years I worked in flood restoration, and I walked into hundreds of homes where a small, cheap fix could have stopped a devastating loss.
